Our mission is to train environmental engineers who can analyze, evaluate and design for local and global environmental problems by providing contemporary education, who can follow and develop professional scientific and technological advances on a global scale, who can develop, operate and manage different and creative engineering solutions for environmental problems, who can take responsibility in national and international areas, who can contribute to the benefit and development of our country, who have professional and ethical values, who are self-confident and can communicate effectively, and who can continuously improve themselves in accordance with the requirements of the age.In addition, the Department of Environmental Engineering aims to base its education entirely on scientific and applied research, to contribute to science and technology in national and international fields related to environmental engineering, to produce solutions to the problems of society in cooperation with the public and industry, to conduct the necessary research for the sustainable development of our country, and to share the results obtained.
